Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

Clasbi processes data needed to provide the service to academies and training centers: identification and contact data of admins, teachers and students; academy, role and permissions; classes, groups, schedules, attendance, make-up lessons, pending lesson balances, absences, operational communications and support data. It may also process technical data such as user or device identifiers, push notification tokens, platform, app version, language, time zone, IP address and technical logs. The app is not directed to children, although an academy may manage data about underage students within the service.

2. How we use the data

We use your data to:

• Provide and maintain Clasbi as a B2B management tool for academies.
• Manage access, authentication, roles, permissions and academy context.
• Enable management of classes, schedules, attendance, make-up lessons, balances and operational communications.
• Send push notifications and operational communications when enabled.
• Handle support requests and service-related questions.
• Maintain security, prevent abuse and comply with legal or contractual obligations.

3. Data sharing

We do not sell personal data, we do not use data for advertising tracking and there is no advertising. To provide the service we use technical providers such as Clerk for authentication, Vercel for hosting/API and storage where applicable, Neon for PostgreSQL database in AWS Europe Central 1 (Frankfurt), Expo and Apple/Google services for push notifications, and Google Workspace/Gmail for email support. These providers may process data as processors or subprocessors under their terms.

4. Data retention

We keep data for as long as needed to provide the service to the academy and manage the contractual relationship. After cancellation, data is deleted or blocked within an operational guideline of 30 days from the request or effective closure, unless legal obligations, security, abuse prevention or contractual traceability require otherwise. Technical logs are retained for 1 hour. Neon shows a 6-hour restore/history window in the current plan.

5. Your rights

Under GDPR and Spanish data protection law, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, objection, restriction, portability and withdrawal of consent where applicable. If the data belongs to a customer academy, Clasbi may coordinate the request with the academy, which usually acts as data controller.
