Clasbi is a B2B tool for academies. Users cannot sign up freely; access must be enabled by an academy.

1. How to request deletion

You can request deletion of your account or associated data by emailing support@clasbi.com. Include your name, the email used in Clasbi, related academy, role and what data you want deleted.

2. Data managed by academies

When the data belongs to a customer academy, the academy usually acts as data controller. In those cases, Clasbi may coordinate the request with the academy or redirect it to them.

3. Data that may be retained

Some data may be retained where necessary for legal obligations, security, abuse prevention, legal claims or contractual traceability.

4. Operational timeline

As an operational guideline, requests are handled within 30 days after identity and scope verification, unless legal obligations or justified reasons apply.

5. Google Play information

Users can request deletion of their account and associated data by email. The app does not allow open sign-up; access is enabled by the academy.
