What to include

To help us review your request, include as much of this context as possible:

  • The email address you use in Clasbi.
  • The academy or center related to the request.
  • The screen, record or workflow affected.
  • The approximate time of the issue and screenshots when useful.

Account access

Users cannot create accounts freely from the app. If you need access to an academy workspace, contact the academy directly so they can invite you or update your permissions.
