Yes. You can manage the school’s students, groups, lessons, coaches, payments and make-ups in Clasbi. If your club runs a school, that is the part this software is designed for.
Yes. Create groups with names you already use, such as adult beginners or children’s tennis. Assign students, schedules and coaches and set capacity. Your school decides which groups suit each student.
Yes. Organize private and group lessons with students, times and coaches assigned. You do not need a separate schedule for each format.
Through their account, they can report an absence and request a place in another class. Make-up rights, deadlines, balances and capacity follow school rules. You can use manual or automatic approval.
Requests are not confirmed above capacity. With automatic approval, a request can remain pending until a place and valid balance are available. With manual approval, staff review the request.
The school defines groups and decides where each student fits. Group names help organize levels. They do not replace the coach’s judgment or a sports assessment.
Yes. Record a one-off charge for the registered person, set a description such as autumn league or match series and the amount, and track payment in Clasbi. This covers the fee; it does not include competition draws, results or standings.
