You get peace of mind in your day-to-day
Dani explains how Clasbi helps them organize the day-to-day of their music school without relying on scattered messages and memory.
Make-up classes, our flagship feature
At any time, without calling or messaging. The student's lesson credit adjusts automatically and the spot opens instantly.
The system knows which students can join that group. The spot is not lost—it goes to whoever needs it, within the rules you set.
Configure once which groups each student can make up classes in, how much notice is required and under what conditions. The system applies it every time. No manual exceptions.
Online enrollment
Set up your form and share the link on your social profiles or website. Students enter their details and enroll in the same process. You review and approve: the student record and enrollment are created in Clasbi without retyping a single detail.

What no one sees, no one pays for and never lets you switch off
Clasbi does not help you do it faster. It removes those hours from your week.
Features
Evolving every week
We continuously add improvements and new features.
Make the change in one place, and it stops turning into a chain of messages.
Students sign themselves up and you stop typing in their details by hand.
An absence reported in time lets the student make up the class and frees the spot for someone else.
Schedules, balances and automatic notices for every user.
See pending tuition, payments received and the status of every account.
Teachers see their schedule and stop depending on you to be available.
All-in-one platform
Every time something changes, you update it in four places. If you use different apps, your data ends up inconsistent. Clasbi connects everything in one place, and when something changes, it changes only once.
Alternatives to Excel for managing your academyFreeing yourself is management too
Three moments in an academy that used to be hidden work and are now organized without depending on you.
Before
The WhatsApp arrives between classes. You check whether she gave enough notice, whether she gets a make-up class and whether anyone else asked you for that spot. If not, the spot goes unused.
Now
She cancels from the app. Clasbi applies your notice period, gives her a make-up class if she is entitled to one and notifies the first person on the waiting list.
Before
The family sends details in messages and loose notes. You copy everything by hand, ask for what is missing and rebuild the record in the system.
Now
The family completes the online form and the record arrives in Clasbi ready, with details, contacts and consent.
Before
You check who has paid the monthly fee or the class pack, send payment links one by one on WhatsApp and call whoever is still missing.
Now
You see each student's pending payments on one screen and Clasbi sends the payment reminder. You only call the people who really need it.
You do not need to prepare anything in advance. We do it for you.

FAQ
About us
We are a team of technology, design and product specialists. We build software, but we start by listening: understanding how each center operates and where we can add the most value. We have also attended academies since childhood, so we know firsthand how much time gets lost between spreadsheets, messages and class organization.
That is why we created Clasbi: an application that adapts to each academy's way of working—not the other way around.
How we work
We listen
We learn how your academy works and where we can help.
We build
We turn real problems into concrete improvements within the application.
We keep learning
We stay in touch to understand what works and where Clasbi can improve.
You speak directly with the people building Clasbi, not a sales team. That way, Clasbi keeps evolving around what your academy actually needs.
